Change of Mind (14-Day Window) Changed your mind or want to return a non-defective item? You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted, and items must be in original, unused packaging.
Customized & Personalized Items Made-to-order or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect, a spelling error on names, or any discrepancy from what you originally ordered.
